Booking Policy
Cancellations
To help us provide availability for all clients, we require a minimum of 72 hours' notice for any cancellation.
-
Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment will result in your booking fee or deposit being forfeited.
-
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your appointment will receive a refund to the original payment method.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late and there is no longer enough time to safely or properly complete your service, your appointment may need to be reduced or cancelled. In this case, your booking fee or deposit will be forfeited.
No Shows
If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted us beforehand, 50% of the total appointment value will be charged to the card on file.
Rescheduling
Appointments rescheduled within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment are treated as a late cancellation and the booking fee or deposit will be forfeited.
If a payment cannot be successfully processed for a cancellation fee or no show charge, future appointments cannot be secured until the outstanding balance has been paid. Outstanding balances may be automatically reattempted using your saved payment method.
Service Revisions
We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to love your result. If you have concerns with your service, please let us know as soon as possible.
To be eligible for a complimentary revision:
-
You must notify us within 5 days of your original appointment (Barber Commons services require notification within 48 hours due to the nature of the services provided)
-
Your revision appointment must be booked within 5 days of notifying us.
-
The revision must be completed within 10 days of your original appointment (3 days for Barber Commons)
-
Revision appointments are prioritised and reserved specifically for you.
Please note:
-
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of a revision appointment will result in the revision being forfeited.
-
Failure to attend a scheduled revision (no show) will also forfeit the revision.
-
If a revision is requested or rescheduled outside the 10-day period, it will be treated as a new appointment and charged at the standard service price.
Revisions apply only where there is a genuine concern with the outcome of the original service. They do not apply to changes of mind or where a different result is requested after the original service has been completed.
